You can buy music, tickets, or book lessons directly through our website. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, and Bandzoogle’s checkout system.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include GST (ELSKA Music is not currently registered for GST).
4. Refunds & Cancellations
🎟️ Tickets (Mini Musos Live and other shows)
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by ELSKA MUSIC.
🎹 Private Lessons
Lessons can be rescheduled directly with ELSKA, with reasonable notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be rescheduled.
🎶 Mini Musos Classes
Due to limited class sizes, no refunds are available once a term has begun.
If a class needs to be cancelled and can’t be rescheduled, a refund or credit may be offered at ELSKA MUSIC’s discretion.
💻 Digital Music & Downloads
All digital music and downloads are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
5. Mailing List & Communications
By joining our mailing list, you agree to receive occasional updates about new music, shows, classes, and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email (we’ll still love you).
6. Liability & Disclaimer
While we do our very best to provide accurate, up-to-date information and safe, secure online experiences, ELSKA MUSIC can’t be held liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions that may occur from using this website or related services.
